Calibration marker distribution |

This dialogue box is designed for stereo PIV system to automatically search for grid markers in the calibration target image. The target should have a regular grid structure of thin lines. In the physical plane, the cross points of the regular distributed grid lines in a rectangular area are used as grid markers. The positions of four corners of the rectangular area can be measured in the digital image with mouse functions and input in this dialogue box. The input parameters of the physical plane include the position and dimension of the rectangular area and line numbers of the grid structure. Details are described below: Image plane: (0,0) - Corner with minimal X and Y in the physical coordinate; (1,0) - Corner with maximal X and minimal Y in the physical coordinate; (0,1) - Corner with minimal X and maximal Y in the physical coordinate; (1,1) - Corner with maximal X and Y in the physical coordinate; Objective plane: X0,Y0 - Position of the corner with minimal X and Y in the physical coordinate; X1,Y1 - Position of the corner with maximal X and Y in the physical coordinate; Nx - Grid line number in X-direction; Ny - Grid line number in Y-direction; |
